What will local high streets look like after the Covid pandemic? Many of the shops and restaurants on Northcote Road in Battersea are independent, and business owners are hoping when restrictions are fully lifted people will still choose to stay local. The pandemic has hit businesses and particularly big chains hard giving high streets a chance to reinvent themselves.
