Hundreds of British Airways workers wearing face masks of the company bosses protested outside BA headquarters in Uxbridge against 12,000 job cuts and new contracts.
Protesters said they were being bullied into either taking redundancy or reapplying for their own jobs on vastly reduced terms and conditions.
'Natasha' said the contract would probably see her salary permanently cut to the wage she started on 16 years ago.
Ilford South MP Sam Tarry said if British Airways was allowed to "get away with it" other companies may follow.
British Airways insists the company is protecting jobs as it deals with the huge financial impact of the pandemic.
British Airways also strongly denies Natasha's allegations of bullying.
Time is running out for new contracts to be agreed. Furlough means striking is not an option so protesters want the government to put pressure on BA by threatening to remove the privileges they get as the UK's national carrier.
