A young French couple living on a houseboat in London have set up their very own floating bakery. Jeremy Huguet is a chef who thought having his own business would be impossible. But when he started baking during lockdown he had plenty of pasties to share with his neighbours who began paying for his hard work. And with that, a new business was born.
