Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge has criticised a group of 27 diners who failed to turn up at his central London restaurant despite promising to be there. Kerridge said the no-shows accounted for more than a quarter of confirmed bookings at Kerridge's Bar & Grill at Corinthia London. It meant a significant amount of revenue was "clean wiped away." Speaking to ITV News London, Kerridge it was frustrating and risked putting jobs at risk.
