Lockdown may be lifting but some people still feel alone. For the hearing impaired lip reading can be an essential way of communication. But after the introduction of mandatory face coverings going about daily life and interacting with people can feel impossible. 

Asha Hilton is a deaf critical care nurse and has changed the way she lives her life because she is worried about not being able to understand and be understood. She is backing a campaign to give clear masks to all healthcare workers.
