Youth worker Sayce Holmes-Lewis was stopped and searched while trying to take food to a bereaved friend. It wasn't unusual for him - Sayce has been pulled over many times before. Figures show black men are four times more likely to get stopped by police. What was unusual was Sayce's response. He told officers he would get them in a room and train them on how to talk to young people. Ria Chatterjee has this report.
