Shopping for necessities as infrequently as possible
Exercising once a day
Medical need
Travelling to work only if you work in a critical industry like the NHS
Mr Khan added "these rules are not optional. They are to stop people dying."
On Monday evening Boris Johnson threatened police fines for anyone who ignored the new measures which also include a ban on public gatherings of more than two people.
