Four nearly bald puppies dumped in a garden in Surrey

Four spaniel puppies were abandoned in a garden in Surrey with a skin disease so severe they were almost completely bald.

The puppies, thought to be six weeks old, were left inside a bucket at an address in Redhill. They were found by the person living there who contacted the RSPCA.

There was no CCTV from the area and no one witnessed the puppies being dumped.
