New linear culture park opens in Greenwich
A new park has opened in Greenwich with a show of 25 giant inflated water droplets.
When fully completed The Tide will be twice the length of New York's famous High Line elevated park. The first section is now open and features the boldly coloured droplet sculptures by artist Geronimo.
When complete The Tide elevated linear park will weave through the new neighbourhoods of the Greenwich Peninsula. It will feature a series of large scale artworks, including two by British artist Damien Hirst.
