Man stabbed to death near Clapham Common tube station

A man in his 40s has died after being stabbed outside a Tube station in south London.

Police were called just after 2.30pm on Friday to reports of a stabbing outside Clapham Common station.

Despite the efforts of paramedics the man died at the scene. Police said they are working to establish the circumstances surrounding the man's death. The victim's family have not yet been informed.
