Crossrail train door opens onto track at Stratford

An urgent safety investigation is underway after the door of a new Crossrail train opened on the wrong side.

Footage filmed by a passenger shows to door opening directly onto the track at Stratford.

Transport for London apologised to customers and said safety was its number one priority.
