Four people stabbed at east London music festival

Four people have been stabbed at a music festival in east London.

Two men, aged 22 and 26, were airlifted to hospital from the Garage Nation festival in Hainault Forest Country Park on Saturday evening. A third man was also treated in hospital.

A fourth man, who was treated at the scene by medics, left the scene before police arrived.

Officers believe the men were injured in a 'single incident'. They said 'a group of male suspects' was seen running from the VIP area where the fight is thought to have taken place.

The Met Police said none of the victims' injuries are life-threatening. One of the men has been discharged from hospital.

An investigation is under way but no one has been arrested.
