CCTV released to identify a man who assaulted an elderly woman

Police in Greenwich are trying to identify a man after an assault on an elderly woman in Plumstead.

The 78-year-old victim went to the Plum Local Express on Plumstead High Street in April when she was punched in the face.

The woman was taken to hospital and treated for bruising, she has since been discharged.

He is described as black, aged between 40 and 50 years old, with a shaved head. He was wearing a black leather coat and dark jeans.
