Police investigating sexual assault in east London release photo of man they want to identify
Police who are investigating a sexual assault in east London say they want to a identify man in connection with the incident.
They have released the image of the man and are urging anyone who recognises the man to contact them.
Officers wish to speak to the man in connection with a sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl on November 25 last year at an address believed to be in Eastern Avenue, Ilford.
The victim - who is not from London - is being supported by specialist officers.
Detectives from the East Area Command's Safeguarding team are investigating.
Anyone who can identify the man, or who has other information that may assist the investigation, is urged to call the East Area Safeguarding team on 101, or via Twitter @MetCC.
