Man charged with attempted murder over Forest Hill stabbing
A 38-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder over a stabbing at Forest Hill train station in south-east London.
Adrian Brown, of Brockley Rise, Forest Hill, has also been charged with one count of possession of an offensive weapon and one charge of assault by battery.
A man in his 40s was stabbed at around 1pm on Monday and witnesses claimed to have heard shouts of "death to Muslims".
The victim is in a serious but stable condition in hospital, British Transport Police (BTP) said.
Brown was arrested on Monday and has been remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
