Member of London's notorious Adams family pleads guilty to assault
Patrick Adams has pleaded guilty to assaulting and seriously injuring a man during an altercation nearly three years ago in central London.
Patrick Adams was charged after being extradited back to the UK from the Netherlands after an investigation was conducted by detectives from the Trident and Area Crime Command.
The assault, which happened in December 2013, left the 51-year-old victim in a coma for several weeks after he was shot.
No evidence was offered regarding a charge of attempted murder and a charge of possession of a firearm was left to 'lie on file'.
Adams will be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday, 2 December.
