Southern Railway strike: How your journey will be affected
Long suffering commuters will face yet more strikes after the RMT union dismissed Southern Railway's offer of £2,000 for conductors to return to work as a "bribe".
Southern Railway has urged the union to put its offer to a referendum of its members in an attempt to avert more strike action.
The strike will start tonight at midnight and last for three days.
Tuesday 18 October to Thursday 20 October
Thursday 3 November to Saturday 5 November
Tuesday 22 November and Wednesday 23 November
Tuesday 6 December to Thursday 8 December
Southern Railway say that some train services will operate, and has given a list of alternate buses which will be in service.
London buses - Between Redhill and West Croydon via Merstham on route 405
Metro buses - Between Merstham and Redhill on routes 430 and 435
Two peak trains between Uckfield and London Bridge in the morning, returning in the late afternoon
Buses at peak times connecting Uckfield, Buxted, Crowborough and Eridge with Haywards Heath and Tunbridge Wells (for rail connections to/from London)
A train service between Dorking and Horsham (buses will operate at certain times)
Services to Redhill until approximately 23:00
Later services on the London Bridge to East Grinstead route
