London celebrates Diwali Festival at Trafalgar Square

London came together to celebrate Diwali Festival today - including traditional stage performances, live music and Indian food stands.

The Hindu, Sikh and Jain Festival of Lights is timed to coincide with the new moon in October or November, so the actual date varies from year to year.
