Thousands of protesters to march through London in support of refugees
Thousands of protesters are set to march through central London today in solidarity with refugees coming to the UK.
Campaigners from Solidarity with Refugees will take to the streets from lunchtime ahead of the UN refugees and migrants summit next week.
The march, from Park Lane to Parliament Square, will be calling on Prime Minister Theresa May, to "do more to share responsibility".
Almost 100,000 Refugees Welcome campaigners marched across London last year after the release of harrowing images of the body of Syrian child Aylan Kurdi.
