Top cop joins rank and file police officers dancing with Notting Hill Carnival goers
A top cop has been spotted joining in with rank and file police officers dancing at Notting Hill Carnival.
London's police have been keen to stress they are trying to do things differently as top cop Superintendent Robyn Williams joined other officers joining in.
Met officers have been trying to allow carnival stewards to manage the event, with police only getting involved where they spot crime.
Superintendent Williams urged Londoner to "keep safe and enjoy carnival" asking people to "listen to the advice" from officers when travelling home.
