Boris Johnson dodges questions over leadership ambitions
Boris Johnson today refused to answer questions about his political future when he spoke at a news conference.
The former London mayor paid tribute to David Cameron just hours after the Prime Minister announced his resignation.
But Mr Johnson declined to answer questions from reporters when asked about his Tory leadership ambitions.
However the Uxbridge MP is expected to be the front runner in the contest to replace Mr Cameron.
Mr Johnson ignored shouts from reporters as he left the stage after making a short speech. Sources said he would give no interviews today.
