Adele breaks down in tears as she pays tribute to Orlando victims

Adele has broken down in tears on stage as she dedicated the latest leg of her worldwide tour to victims of the Orlando shooting.

The singer, performing in the Belgian city of Antwerp, said she was "dedicating this entire show to everybody in Orlando", as the crowd burst in applause.

Sunday's shooting at gay nightclub Pulse left 49 people dead and a further 53 in hospital.
