DiCaprio beats Redmayne to best actor at Bafta awards

It was DiCaprio's night as he won best actor for The Revenant, which took five awards including best film and best director.

Brie Larson won a best actress gong for her role in Room at the glittering awards.

British winners included Kate Winslet and Mark Rylance for supporting actor and actress, while the Star Wars actor John Boyega took the rising star award.
