A 23-year-old man from east London who sold heroin and cocaine has been jailed for just over 10 years.

Shipu Miah, of Ford Road, Bow, admitted possession with intent to supply and possession of criminal property after officers found more than £170,000 in cash.

In June last year, police raided a flat in Prince Meridian Walk, Blackwall, where they found 2kg of heroin, 1kg of cocaine and 54kg of a cutting agent.

They also found £171,195 in the flat which Miah was using as a 'safe house'.

Miah pleaded guilty at Snaresbrook Crown Court in October and was sentenced on Friday.
