Steve Adams: Charlton Athletic academy coach dies after 'accident'
A football coach at Charlton Athletic has died after an "accident" at the weekend, the club has announced.
Steve Adams, who was just 34, had been an academy coach at the London club for three years, coaching the U11 and U12 sides.

The club said it was "extremely saddened" by the news and confirmed that its first-team players would wear black armbands in honour of the "much-valued" coach during Tuesday's home game against Bolton Wanderers.
A one-minute's silence will also be held before academy fixtures this weekend.
