Two baby giraffes arrive at Chessington Zoo

Chessington World of Adventure welcomed two baby giraffes this morning.

Oscar and Napoli, both males, travelled down from Woburn Safari Park to their new home on the resort. Legally, giraffes must not be moved until they are 15 months old - Napoli is 18 months, whilst Oscar is 15 months.

The Zoo already has three fully-grown male giraffes. Clare Porteous, Ungulates Supervisor at Chessington, said the whole team were looking forward to the new additions.
