It is being held at the ExCel centre but we got Jamie Spafford, who has over a million subscribers for his channel SORTED, to answer your questions on how to become an online success.

Also on hand to give his top tips was Tom Burns who has thousands of subscribers to his weekly vlogs and is a founder of Summer in the City.

It turned out Tom even had a question for Jamie which wasn't strictly work related...

Q:Andrew Smith: I am 13 and have just started doing YouTube videos with my friend. We are called the blonde twins and our main interests is football. Should all our videos be about the same subject and how do you make get more subscribers?A: SORTED It's great to have a focus for the videos on the channel so people know what to expect - having a regular upload schedule will also help a lot!

Q: Tyrell Charles: On behalf of all of my YouTube friends, what advice would you give for a channel on which videos are only getting a maximum of about 40/50 views per video? How do we grow?A: SORTED Few different things - collaborate with other channels to help share audiences, make sure your videos are titled/tagged/described properly so they can be found in searches, make videos about things that people will search for!

Q: Ali Husain: I'm 47-years-old but I don't want that to stop me from trying something on YouTube. Is it more to do with the subject matter or my style of talking and how telegenic I am?A: SORTED It's definitely more to do with the subject matter... YouTube is such a large platform with an incredibly large and diverse audience that there's bound to be people out there who have the same interests as you.

Q: William Downes: How did you come up with your ideas?A:SORTED We get a lot of comments asking for us to cook different dishes etc, which makes it very easy to come up with ideas for new videos!!

Q: Lucy Potter: I have a YouTube channel but I have no videos. I'm not too sure what type of video to upload first. Any ideas? I really enjoy doing special effects makeup and giving advice.A: Tom Burns A simple introductory video is always a good way to start. Introduce yourself, talk about some key interests, what brought you to YouTube etc - Anything you find interesting. Since you have an interest in special effects it could be cool to chat about that and maybe even show off some makeup effects.

Q: Amie Kierce: How do I grow my channel?A: Tom Burns Upload weekly and keep trying different strands of content until you find something that suits you.

Q: Chanice Gordon: What advice have you got for young vloggers starting?A: Tom Burns Hang in there and keep it up! As long as you're having fun, there's nothing wrong with uploading. Weekly videos tend to do better, so if you have time make sure you give them a go, as it will also help grow your audience.

Q: Tom Barnes how can I grow my beard like you?A: SORTED Years and years of experience
