Riverdance star Michael Flatley has sold his London home for a bumper £7.3 million.

The five-bedroom property in Knightsbridge was bought a decade ago for £3.2 million and is regarded as being in "super prime" London.

Situated on leafy Montpelier Square, the luxury home has a first floor drawing room, a dining room, two studies, five bedrooms, three private roof terraces, and access to the garden square.

It was described by Savills as "a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse conveniently located for both Hyde Park and the world renowned shops of Knightsbridge".

The Lord of the Dance almost doubled his investment - making £4 million in just a decade.

He still owns a magnificent 20-bedroom property in County Cork in Ireland, as well as homes in Chicago and Barbados.
