A delivery driver says he was boxed in by police cars and interrogated under anti-terror laws after taking pictures of police parked in a bus stand.

Kieron Power was pulled over by two police cars and ordered to delete pictures he had taken of two vehicles in a bus stand, after his wife was given a £110 ticket for doing the same.

Kieron, a part-time delivery driver, was incensed after his wife was hit with the ticket for stopping in the lane for 45 seconds, behind the same police car and minibus that he photographed.

After receiving the ticket handed out by a Kingston Council CCTV 'spy car', Kieron returned to the south west London town a week later to gather evidence of police cars parking there.
