A report by the London Assembly warns the number of GPs is failing to keep pace with the capital's growing population.

It also warns many doctors are leaving the profession early - placing big pressures on the system. It was the week's big talking point on Facebook.

Here's the picture so incredible it's been seen by millions around the world.

The extraordinary image of a weasel riding on the back of a woodpecker in a park in east London rapidly became the most clicked story of the year so far.
