Man jailed for five years over historic sexual assaults in the late 1990s

A 32-year old man from Hampton has been jailed for five years historic sexual assaults in the late 1990s.

Aaron Pescud had been found guilty of three counts of indecent assault on a female under 14 years.

Detectives from the Sexual Offences Exploitation and Child Abuse Command were contacted in February 2013 by two women who stated they had both been assaulted by Pescud in the late 1990s while visiting his family home.

Pescud was interviewed by officers later that month and charged on 5 June 2013.
