The former London home of Kate Bush has gone up for sale for £2,750,000. 'Wuthering Heights' in Eltham was named after the singer's best selling song.

Kate Bush lived at Court Road from 1985 until 2003. Current owner, Jackie O’Reilly, says the singer was famously reclusive during her time there. Speaking to The Telegraph she said:

Estate agents Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward have put the property on the market with a guide price of £2,750,000. The new owner will end up with a very spacious 5,734 square foot property.

The six-bedroom mansion backs onto the historic Royal Blackheath golf course and is set in an acre of grounds. It also has six bathrooms. And if that's still not enough the current owners have planning permission for a further three bedrooms, swimming pool and three bathrooms.
