A luxury property developer has revealed plans to build a £60 million mega-mansion which is more than 45 times the size of the average new home.

Windlesham House, near Ascot in Berkshire, will be set in 20 acres of countryside and be one of the UK's largest new homes.

  • It will have a staggering 42,000 square foot of living space when completed which is around 45 times the size of the average new home in the UK

  • The main mansion and side wings will boast 15 enormous bedrooms, all with en suite, and ten reception rooms with accommodation

  • There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness complex, cinema, billiards room, juice bar and even its own ten-pin bowling alley

Outside, there will be immaculately prepared gardens and garage space for up to six cars and limousines.

The mega-home will go onto the market for £60 million - a price-tag almost unheard of outside London. It is more than twice the price of the most expensive home currently being offered on the market in the county..
