Mystery man caught plucking flowers from a front garden wanted for criminal damage

Police are trying to track down a mystery man caught on CCTV randomly plucking flowers from someone's front garden.

The CCTV footage was taken by a resident in east London who installed a camera after noticing some of her plants had gone missing.

On each occasion, plants and shrubs were pulled out of the front garden and thrown onto the lawn. The CCTV footage was taken on Central Drive in Hornchurch on Saturday 26 July at around 1:50am.
