Designer Paul Smith is opening up his personal archive for a new exhibition, including photographs, clothing and even a car.

The collection spans Paul Smith's entire career.

One of his first collaborations was with the famous British car brand Mini. The company asked Paul to design a limited-edition model. The resulting car featured an interior in black leather.

The coachwork was a discreet blue, derived from the colour of one of Smith's own shirts. The interior of the glove compartment, boot, and bonnet are a vivid lime green, reminiscent of the lining of a Paul Smith suit.

The unique collection is going on show at London's Design Museum from Friday, 15 November until Sunday 9 March.
