Jubilee River Pageant art goes on display

More than 50 works of art, all created at various points along the route of the memorable Jubilee River Pageant last year, go on free public display tomorrow at The Pump House Gallery in Battersea Park.

The show is part of a series of accessible and free public art works, installations and events near the Thames organised by the Mayor's Thames Festival.

Here is some of the art inspired by the 3 June event last year, when nearly a million people turned out to see the Queen travel down the Thames on the Spirit of Chartwell, among a huge flotilla of boats.
