Great Train Robbery police duty log

A full duty log has been tweeted throughout the day in real time by Thames Valley Police. It logs the investigation into the Great Train Robbery 50 years ago today. A gang of at least 15 men held up the Glasgow to Euston night mail train - which was carrying huge numbers of used bank notes - as it passed through the Buckinghamshire countryside.
