Hamleys reveal must-have-toys for Christmas

London toystore Hamleys has unveiled its must-have toys for this Christmas ahead of the winter shopping frenzy.

Natalie Rogerson, a manager at the store has said that 'monsters' and 'animals' were the key trends for the festive season.

Here is a list of the ones-to-buy this Christmas:

  • Teksta Puppy

Teksta is a robotic puppy that responds voice, physical gestures, lights and sounds.

Teksta’s toyetic interaction offers emotions including barking, crying, whimpering, and expressive eye patterns to share its feelings.

  • LeapPad Ultra

LeapPad Ultra is a 7" high resolution tablet for children with educational apps and games. It includes both front and and back cameras and has parental settings.

For ages 4 and over. Release date - September 2013.
