Michelina-Lucia Salerno has had an unusual proposal - her boyfriend hired out an advertising billboard at the junction of Hammersmith Road and North End Road, in west London, to pop the question.

Marios Panayitou ordered the sign, with the words 'Michelina Will You Marry Me', plastered on it for all to see, along with pictures of the model in her underwear.
