Police chase investigation

An independent investigation has begun after two men were killed when their car hit a lamp-post in Stevenage during a police chase. 20-year-old Cameron Nimmo and 25-year-old Karl Spencer died in the early hours of Friday morning. A 26-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
