Spice Girls re-united
The Spice Girls re-united this morning for the launch of a new musical, called Viva Forever, featuring many of their biggest hits. Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Melanie Brown appeared in public for the first time since their reunion tour in 2008.
The new West End show is the brainchild of producer Judy Craymer, the woman behind the ABBA musical Mamma Mia.
Comedian Jennifer Saunders has written the script which follows a mother and daughter, using a TV talent show as a backdrop
It will open at London's Piccadilly Theatre in December.
Victoria, arguably the most successful financially since leaving the group, flew in specially from Los Angeles for the launch.
Looking more military than 'Posh', the mother-of-four wore a navy dress and peep-toe knee-high boots.
Mel B, who looked far from 'Scary' in a grey shift dress and spiked Christian Louboutin heels, had flown in from her new home in Australia via LA.
Geri and Emma were going for girlie looks in short dresses and killer heels, while Mel C appeared to have left her Sporty Spice persona firmly in the past with a floaty white maxi dress.
