Russell Brand brings mum along for interview

Russell Brand isn't keeping mum about his new film. In fact, he's bringing his mum along with him while promoting it.

The actor and comedian, from Grays in Essex, stars alonside Tom Cruise in the Hollywood film adaptation of the musical "Rock of Ages".

At a press junket he surprised journalists by producing his mother, Barbara Brand, to vouch for the movie, which hits cinemas on 13th June.
