Stars turn out for Glamour Awards in Berkeley Square

Kylie Minogue has been honoured with an Outstanding Contribution prize at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year Awards, which were held last night in Berkeley Square.

The star - who turned 44 on Monday and is celebrating her 25th year in pop music - wore a shimmering gold Stella McCartney gown as she collected the title from Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears.

She dedicated the award to her mother and grandmother saying that she "hoped to become a better woman".

Meanwhile, singer Jessie J was crowned best Solo Artist and US star Kelly Rowland, who has left a vacancy in the judging panel of the X Factor after quitting the show, won the TV Personality title.
