Adele scoops two Ivor Novellos

Adele has picked up two prizes at the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards in Mayfair.

The star from Tottenham also lost out on two trophies to PJ Harvey and Ed Sheeran.

Accepting an award for the song Rolling in the Deep, the singer said she never expected the record to be a hit.
