Drunks are to be given a bed for the night by the police in one of London's prime locations.

They will be able to 'sleep it off' in a tent just off Piccadilly Circus.

It is part of the Met's latest crackdown on anti-social behaviour in the West End.

Ronke Phillips reports.

Metropolitan Police Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Stephen Kavanagh, spoke to Natasha Kaplinski about the initiative, code-named 'Operation Trafalgar'.
