Bolton Wanderers match called off due to strike

Relegated Bolton are being ordered to play their two outstanding Championship fixtures this season despite a players' strike.

Today's game against Brentford was called off after players refused to play in protest at unpaid wages.

Wanderers are in the process of appointing a new owner following a financial crisis.
