7 year old Grace Wharton from the Wirral is one of many models celebrating World Down Syndrome Day with her latest photo shoot.

Grace is joining other models with down syndrome from around the world as part of the Radical Beauty Project.

The project celebrates the unique beauty and abilities of the models. It is being supported by Zebedee Management, one of the leading agencies representing talent with disabilities, differences and additional needs.

Being involved in a campaign such as the radical beauty project is important as it shows others that people with Down syndrome can be diverse too."

It is such a vibrant, colourful campaign and that’s how we want everyone to see our kids, just as we see them"
