A motorcyclist from the Isle of Man has been killed during practice for the TT.
30 year old Dan Kneen crashed on the first lap of the Superbike session at Churchtown. Organisers have passed on their deepest sympathy to Dan's partner and loved ones.

Dan, who was thirty and from Onchan on the Island was taking part in practice when he collided with a car in the Churchtown section.
Today though as his colleagues remembered a talented and hardworking rider, there was an insistence that the racing events would continue. Mike Hall sent this report from the Isle of Man.
