WATCH: Big plans for Chester's Guild Hall

It's a fascinating building that dates way back to the 14th century and is in a prime site in Chester.

The Guild Hall has been largely forgotten by tourists and visitors who pass it on the way to the races or the many popular bars and restaurants in the city.

But now there's a plan to breathe new life into the grand old building. Our grand old Paul Crone went to see it.
