Manchester attack: Kerslake Review calls for families charter

An independent review into the response to the Manchester Arena attack is asking Greater Manchester to sign up to a charter for families bereaved through public tragedy.

The Kerslake Review has published a progress report on the work carried out so far. It is recommending that all public bodies adopt the charter that was inspired by the Hillsborough families.
